Villa di Cazzano: AVE design and building automation for a prestigious renovation

AVE design and building automation enter the Villa di Cazzano to give a new face to hospitality. Thanks to AVE’s technology and aesthetics, an Italian historic home has turned into a cozy place to stay immersed in the vineyards of Valpolicella and Soave.

Result of a careful and conscious renovation, the Villa di Cazzano an innovative hospitality’s concept near the ancient ruins of the Illasi Castle. Each of the seven rooms is equipped with the most modern building automation technology so as to make its environment even more welcoming.

Well-kept in the interior design, each room is associated with a flower in order to underline the strong bond with the territory. Technology also plays a fundamental role. The innovative AVE Vip System Touch card readers stand out outside the rooms thanks their precious white glass front plates with a clear finishing. Perfectly integrated with building automation technology, these solutions allow the management of access, occupancy status and "do not disturb" functions in a simple and automatic way. All this is supported by an ultra-thin design and innovative touch front plates by AVE.

By simply approaching the card to the reader, the door opens. The occupancy status and any "do not disturb" (activatable by a button located inside the room) are instead displayed on the external reader through dedicated LEDs.

The electrical system also exhibits AVE’s signature. In the rooms, as well as in the other rooms of the Villa di Cazzano, the lighting points take part in the well-kept renovation project. Combined with the silver-grey elements of the Allumia wiring accessories series, the white Moulded 44 front plates with chromed inner frame give continuity to the overall design, making the advanced functions stand out with elegance.

In the Villa of Cazzano AVE design and building automation have been expertly mixed to offer a modern hospitality’s concept.
