AVE was protagonist at Fuorisalone 2023

Great success for AVE at Fuorisalone 2023. Protagonist through FREE.DOM, the exhibition designed by the famous architect Simone Micheli for INTERNI DESIGN RE-EVOLUTION, AVE revealed to the public of Milan Design Week the modern possibilities offered today by home automation.

Hosted by the University of Milan, in the Cortile dei Bagni, FREE.DOM was configured as a contract museum exhibition whose installations were focused on making us reflect on the concept of freedom for get out of the stereotyped paths. The exhibition included 27 showcases where the elements created by Simone Micheli for various companies were exhibited. AVE exhibited ultra-thin touch front plates in antibacterial Corian^® designed directly by the architect. Micheli, conceived to govern not only lights, but also the most disparate home automation systems.

In the context of the FREE.DOM exhibition, the students of the IULM University were involved in two projects aimed at enhancing the AVE and its symbolic element, the switch.

The first project, called SOUND OF FREE.DOM, created an event that "turned on" the birds of Simone Micheli's installation through the touch of a particular switch.

The second project, called TOCCARE È VIVERE, created a holographic sculpture that could be controlled through AVE switches.

The FREE.DOM exhibition and the projects of IULM University students demonstrated the modern possibilities offered by technology, thanks to the AVE innovation. All refined by the context of the Fuorisalone and FREE.DOM, yet another great success of the collaboration between AVE and the architect. Micheli.
