Located in Rome, this refined smart villa is a perfect example of how AVE technology can elevate a home to a higher level of comfort, elegance, and functionality.

At the heart of the home automation system is the AveBus system, enabling advanced and highly customizable control of every aspect of the house. The 10” flush-mounted Touch Screen supervisor serves as the core of home management: a device with a sophisticated design, featuring a bi-material structure in glass and aluminum, combining an intuitive interface with top-tier performance. Thanks to this tool, every function can be managed swiftly, from lighting control to complete temperature regulation. Additionally, directly from the main screen, users can activate scenarios to personalize the home’s ambiance with a simple touch.

The system also stands out for its aesthetic appeal, thanks to the use of elements from the Tekla 44 wiring accessories series, paired with ultra-thin Smart 44 metal front plates, also available in the Smart 44 Touch version. The latter features a refined design strip, sensitive to touch or swipe, with integrated backlighting for perfect visibility even in low-light conditions.

Among the innovative solutions implemented in this project, the MultiSocket stands out—a patented AVE feature that allows the integration of up to four socket combinations within just three modules, optimizing space and simplifying wiring.
